Legal basis: Article 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments
IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 8 October 2013 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board member Philipp Amadeus Obermair on the acquisition on 8 October 2013 of 1,000 Company’s shares at the price of 3.0 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 3,000 Euro).
