Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the company received on 28 October 2013 a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, informing that a company controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies, acquired during the period from 25 October 2013 to 28 October 2013 a total of 175,000 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 44.4 PLN per share.
