Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors that

according to the information received from the Romanian operations:

1) The Metropolitan Court rejected the appeal of the Financial Authority in the lawsuit

related to the affiliated company (Distriterm) of the Company in Zalău; therefore the

decision of the first instance Court that the Financial Authority shall not enforce its claim of

RON 932,730 against Distriterm and its existing claim is only RON 250,000 of tax from the

sale of the backbone line has become final.

The antecedent of the case is that in spite of the two final decisions stating that on the one

hand the Financial Authority of Zalău lost its right for collection of a claim of RON 932,730

and on the other hand this claim shall be taken out from the books of Distriterm; the

Financial Authority stated that its claim exists and the court decisions stating the opposite

are not valid against the Authority. The liquidator challenged the decision of the Financial

Authority and the Financial Authority filed proceedings demanding that the liquidator shall

count the claim of RON 932,730 of the Financial Authority to its debt towards Distriterm.

The debt of the Financial Authority of Zalău against Distriterm is currently RON 474,000 VAT

from the sale of the backbone line, therefore as a result of the above decision; the Financial

Authority is obliged to pay Distriterm.

2) The Harghita County Tribunal rejected the action filed against the Gheorgheni affiliated

company of the Company in relation to the interest claim for the concession fee of RON

583,888 by the City of Gheorgheni.
