PHOENIX (PHO): Information about a new reporting date of audited financial statements/Informacja o terminie publikacji zbadanego sprawozdania finansowego za rok 2011 - raport 31

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s., informs that the publication of the entity annual report and consolidated annual report for the full year 2011, including audited financial statements and an opinion of the auditor to the financial statements is planned for 15 August 2012.

Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14.2 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".

Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. informuje, że jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok obrotowy 2011, wraz ze zbadnymi sprawozdaniami finansowymi oraz opinią biegłego rewidenta zostaną opublikowane w dniu 15 sierpnia br.

Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14. 2 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu) "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
