The Board of Directors of Milkiland N. V. (the "Company") hereby provides an information on the subscription for and sale of, the Company shares in a public offering of the Company shares to Retail and Institutional investors in Poland and Institutional investors outside from United States (excluding the Republic of Poland) in reliance on the Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act (the "Offering"):

1. In the Offering the Company offered for subscription 6,250,000 newly issued shares (the "New shares"), and additionally 750,000 existing shares in connection with Over-allotment option (the "Over-Allotment-Shares"), held by the Issuer’s majority shareholder, 1, Inc. Cooperatief U.A., in total 7,000,000 of shares (the "Offer Shares").

2. As a result of the Offering, 7,000,000 Company shares were allocated, including 6,250,000 New Shares, and additionally 750,000 Over-Allotment Shares. The issue price was set at PLN33.78. Therefore, the gross proceeds from the Offering amounted to PLN 236,460,000 (app. EUR 59,412,060).

3. The total expenses associated with the Offering amounted to PLN 11,503,590 (app. EUR 2,890,349).
