PHOENIX (PHO): Photon Energy announces building acceptance for 6 photovoltaic power plants - raport 84

The management board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that on 30 November 2010 the company obtained building acceptance by the respective building authorities for the following photovoltaic power plants for the company's proprietary portfolio:

1. Slavkov u Brna (1.159 MWp)

2. Svatoslav (1.23 MWp)

3. Zdice 1 (1.495 MWp)

4. Zdice 2 (1.495 MWp)

5. Radvanice (2.305 MWp)

6. Dolní Dvořiště (1.645 MWp)

The building acceptance is the final document to be submitted to the Energy Regulation Authority of the Czech Republic (ERÚ) for the issuance of the electricity production license, for which ERÚ has a legal deadline of 30 days so that all licenses will be issued before year-end 2010.

Legal basis: Article 3, Section 1 of Exhibit 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution Nr. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board.
