Marius Žutautas, former Production director of the Agrowill Group, AB, replaces general director Algirdas Pereckas at his position. Marius Žutautas, who will replace A.Pereckas, has experience in the field of real estate and the management of holding-type companies. In the autumn of 2010 Marius Žutautas was elected into the Board of the Company and he holds a position of a production director since the spring of 2011. Further increase of the production effectiveness, introduction and maintenance of centralized economy management processes remain the main tasks of the new director. Marius Žutautas will remain in a position of a director of UAB "Agro Management Team", a subsidiary company of AB "Agrowill Group" which provides agricultural property management services and started its activities in 2011.
