ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) informs its reputable investors that the Court of

Justice rejected the application of the National Bank of Hungary filed against the Company for

judicial review proceedings also in second instance.

The Company informs its reputable investors that the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the

Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry rejected the application of the private person

filed against the Company due to claim related to bonds. According to the Company it was a test

case.
